Academic Qualifications

- Minimum a *Degree in any Engineering Discipline, or, its *equivalent.
- Any certificate related to technical audit discipline and/or related fields is an advantage.
* Must submit a copy of certificate for verification & file, prior to shortlisted for interview.


Working Experiences

- Minimum 2 years (24 months) of working experience in related fields.
- Experience Technical Audits and Compliance & related fields is an advantage.
- Experience in Admin work with proven background successfully generating, monitoring & achieving legal requirements.
- Experience in theme park industry is much preferred & is a definite advantage.


Job Summary

- To ensure a consitently safe procedures, process and policies in compliance.
- To ensure all policies, procedures, rules & regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed & communicated to all interested parties.
- To plan, schedule & perform routine inspections & audits to assess risks that may threaten staff's safety & health while on the job.
- To plan, organize & ensure statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to legal requirements and standards and welfare of staffs at work, including recommended mandatory trainings and reporting.
- To assist in processes to plan, develop, organize, edit, amend, update, revise, control & arrange all R&A Technical Deaprtment's official documentations (ride's technical dossier, operational manuals, procedures & work instructions, checklists, forms, FAQs, etc) & their archives.
- To ensure that all incidents/accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements are implemented/monitored.
- To plan, coordinate & orginize structured programs for compliance related meetings,trainings, nspections & audits, fire, evecuation & rescue drills, risk assessments (HIRARC/OURA), aspect-impact assessments, etc.
- To ensure lone/group working procedures are managed and staffs are aware of their responsibilities.
- To act as Secretary for Department's Committee meetings & ensure all agreed action points are completed within deadlines.
- To keep up to date with all aspects of relevant legal requirements, welfare at work, with timely effective communication with all interested parties on relevant changes & updates.
- To develop, establish, implement, monitor & report audit  related KPIs to all interested parties.
- To perform any other relevant duties which may be required by GENM Management from time to time.
- To work hand in hand with R&A Technical Department's Documentation, Training & Development, and, & Compliance teams.
- To learn & utilize GENM relevant centralized systems for the effective communication channelss to all levels of staff.
- To work closely with GENM SHE, GCE, TQM, HSC & L&D Department on relevant subject matters.
- To suggest & liaise with GENM GCP, vendors & suppliers for procurement of recommended safety & health resources.
- To participate in relevant documents audit & unqualified documents found should be amended within deadlines.
- To maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing latest up to date publications & OMM, etc.
- To maintain quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- To contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
