JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY

Provide a wide range of assistance to the Learning & Development Centre. Facilitate and assist training programs based on Training Need Analysis and plan the Annual Training Calendar.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop training contents and facilitate training programmes
  • Planning training events and activities, scheduling employees and instructors for classes and coordinating the facilities and materials to support the training activities.
  • Produce support materials for training courses, including sign in sheets, required handouts, evaluation forms etc.
  • Assist the Head of Learning & Development in identifying employee training needs based on an ongoing analysis of the jobs involved, the appraisal reports and periodic discussions with the supervisors, managers and the Head of Division, Human Resources.
  • To liaise with trainers to ensure any requirements are met including accommodation, equipment requirements, travel etc.
  • Conduct training evaluation to determine effectiveness of training activities.
  • Manage internal and external audits related to training and ensure compliance to audit requirements.
  • Responsible to update and maintain e-training & e-learning system.
  • Carry out any other tasks which might be reasonably expected in support of the department.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in teaching/ training.
  • Ability to develop, manage, deliver and evaluate training programme.
  • Strong presentation and computer skills.
  • Competent English speaker and good in English writing.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal communications.
  • Strong organization skills and able to produce work under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.
  • A matured team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality.
