Job Descriptions:

To assist guest efficiently, courteously and professionally in all room division related function;

To maintain quality standard of service, hospitality, promote team work at all times;

To handle check-in and check-out transactions;

Handling guest enquiries;

Maintain cleanliness in hotel premises and adhere to the OSHA stardard and emergency procedure.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM, preferably those who possess Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management;

Ability to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia;

Added advantage if able to converse in Mandarin;

Computer literate;

Pleasant personality.
