Job description • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food • Establish methods to meet work schedules • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards • May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets • May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour cost Job requirement • Minimum of SPM with 2 years' experience as captain or hostess / bartender • Certificate / Diploma in Hotel F&B Catering / Hotel Management qualification with 1 year experience as captain / hostess / bartender • Ability to supervise a team or service staff • Strong leadership and communication skills • Posses good attitude and positive thinking • Good writing and Interpersonal Skillss • Able to interact effectively and work constructively with others
