Position Objective

To lead the marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives for all F&B outlets and programs within Resorts World Genting. The F&B Marketing Manager is responsible for developing creative campaigns, partnerships, and digital strategies to enhance awareness, drive revenue, and strengthen the overall F&B brand presence while ensuring full alignment and coordination with the National Sales & Marketing (S&M) team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual F&B marketing plans, including dining promotions, festive campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Define and manage the brand identity and positioning for each restaurant, lounge, and bar to align with RWG’s overall branding.
  • Collaborate with VP–F&B, Culinary, and Operations to translate business goals into effective marketing communications.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals such as menus, signage, visuals, and PR materials, ensuring brand compliance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the F&B Division and the National S&M team to coordinate all campaign timelines, design briefs, and media requests.
  • Align all F&B promotions with the corporate marketing calendar, Genting Rewards loyalty program, and national advertising initiatives.
  • Collaborate on joint campaigns, influencer programs, and KOL engagements approved by the corporate S&M team.
  • Ensure all press releases, social media content, and media partnerships are routed through and approved by S&M for consistent messaging.
  • Drive seasonal and thematic promotions such as festive menus, wine dinners, and culinary festivals from planning to post-campaign review.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots to ensure high-quality visual representation of F&B venues and products.
  • Manage digital marketing activities with S&M, including website updates, eDMs, and social media content.
  • Evaluate campaign performance based on ROI, footfall, and sales uplift to improve future plans.
  • Build strategic alliances with brands, suppliers, and lifestyle partners for activations or sponsorship collaborations.
  • Support F&B participation in resort-level or national events, and coordinate PR exposure, chef features, and influencer coverage.
  • Prepare and manage the F&B marketing budget under VP–F&B’s approval, ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation.
  • Track expenditure, campaign results, and maintain records for all approvals and post-event evaluations.
