BASIC FUNCTIONS :

 

Oversee the overall operations and administrative function of Stock, Logistics, Quality and Brand Assurance as well as Business Partner Management and ensure adequate inventory control of stock items needed for the operations.

  1. To participate in assigned On-The-Job training, demonstrating competence, completing assignments and applying procedures, new skills and standards in the workplace.
  2. To engage and participate in the briefing programs in relates to the Quality and Brand Assurance
  3. To attend training and development programs in order to promote personal and career growth in relation to the stocks, logistic, QA & BA, business partner management.

 

Process Quality

  1. To manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any Guests, Team Members or Company property.
  2. To enforce and adhere to all Malaysian laws, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting and safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimise risk and maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for all Guest and Team Members.
  3. To help achieve department and company objectives, action plans and key performance indicators.
  4. To understand, follow and enforce all standard operating procedures in order to exceed the operational requirements and ensure Guests receive the highest standards of quality and service at all times.
  5. To comply with company standards at all times in order to drive and improve business excellence.

  1. To listen actively to our Guest feedback, request and concerns in order to take action in an ethical, effective and timely manner to exceed their expectations.
  2. To represent and promote Genting Skyworlds in a positive manner at all times in order to maintain a professional brand image to all concerned stakeholders.

  1. To actively seek and implement cost saving programs in order to provide a positive financial results.
  2. To maintain building, facilities, equipment and supplies in order to minimise damage, reduce waste and control costs.

 

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

 

Stock and Logistics

  1. Manage IT system (SAP, SAS and EPOS Backend) related to files interfaces and analysis report.
  2. Generate stock related logs and records from system as backup. Report to respective parties if there is error in generating stock related logs and records from system.
  3. Keep updated inventory records via system. Generate the monthly inventory reports as backup in shared folder.
  4. Track shipments periodically and channel to Merchandising team on any issue noted from the logistic process.
  5. Prepare stock reports related:

      • Monthly Stock Balance Report (quantity and value) for overall and by storage location
      • Monthly Turnover Report for overall
      • Monthly Aging Report for overall
      • Other reports as and when required
  6. Setup and review the merchandise replenishment list (evergreen merchandise) periodically. Prepare the Inventory Reorder Report to anaylze the merchandise replenishment.

  7. Prepare the inventory value and purchase order value periodically to monitor the purchases value.

  8. Periodically review the MM list details to counter check on the accuracy.

  9. Setup storage requirements for merchandise, particularly for fragile items. Compile feedback from Operations team and update the storage requirement list.

  10. Work closely with Merchandising and Operations team to update assets movement via system. Assist in Asset Sighting exercise annually.

  11. Work with Merchandising team to conduct random checks on merchandise quality and functionality on pre-pro samples and contractual samples.

 

External Business Partner Management

  1. Periodically auditing / evaluating external Business Partners.
  2. Review the revenue share report from Finance and ensure it tallies with the reports from external Business Partners and arrange payment with Finance.
