BASIC FUNCTIONS :

 

Oversee the overall operations and administrative function of Stock, Logistics, Quality and Brand Assurance as well as Business Partner Management and ensure adequate inventory control of stock items needed for the operations.

 

Learning and Growth

  1. To participate in assigned On-The-Job training, demonstrating competence, completing assignments and applying procedures, new skills and standards in the workplace.
  2. To engage and participate in the briefing programs relating to the Quality and Brand Assurance
  3. To attend training and development programs in order to promote personal and career growth in relation to stocks, logistic, QA & BA, business partner management.

 

Process Quality

  1. To manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any Guests, Team Members or Company property.
  2. To enforce and adhere to all Malaysian laws, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting and safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimise risk and maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for all Guest and Team Members
  3. To help achieve department and company objectives, action plans and key performance indicators.
  4. To understand, follow and enforce all standard operating procedures in order to exceed the operational requirements and ensure Guests receive the highest standards of quality and service at all times.
  5. To comply with company standards at all times in order to drive and improve business excellence.

 

Guest and Market

  1. To listen actively to our Guest feedback, request and concerns in order to take action in an ethical, effective and timely manner to exceed their expectations.
  2. To represent and promote Genting Skyworlds in a positive manner at all times in order to maintain a professional brand image to all concerned stakeholders.
  3. To display a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with Guests, Business Partners and fellow Team Members in order to support the company vision, core values and brand promise.

  1. To actively seek and implement cost saving programs in order to provide a positive financial results.
  2. To maintain building, facilities, equipment and supplies in order to minimise damage, reduce waste and control costs.

 

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

 

Product Quality Assurance

  1. Prepare reports of product quality activities.
  2. Collect and compile statistical product quality data periodically.
  3. Periodically check on the compliances of the product quality document system from respective parties.
  4. Gather initial information of the customer complaints and non-conformance issues related to product quality from front line.
  5. Document internal audits and other product quality assurance activities documents in line with IP holder requirements.
  6. Compilation of product assurance audit and prepare findings report.
  7. Conduct unannounced internal quality assurance store audits and work with Merchandising team to deliver verification of the testing and inspection result of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
  8. Research on training needs related to product quality assurance.
  9. Continuously gather and compile feedback from Retail Operations and Merchandising team on product risk and update the product risk management listing.
  10. Validate compliance of the QC on products sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting product quality data.
  11. Coordinate with Merchandising team to draft the quality assurance standards for new material / merchandise type.
  12. Research on the product quality assurance standards and procedures.

 

Brand Assurance

  1. Gather information on the brand marketing campaign organized by corporate and Theme Park Marketing Department.
  2. Setup brand library and continue to perform research studies to gather important brand data (by IP).
  3. Document the IP product validation (by IP).
  4. Validate the operation supplies and in-store marketing displays to ensure it adheres to the brand guidelines at all times. Periodically visit Retail shop to manage the visual merchandising (by IP).
  5. Validate the merchandise concept and packaging designs to ensure it adheres to the brand guidelines at all times. Compile the validation outcome for superior.
