Job description:

  • To assist the Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of the Warehouse / Supply Chain.
  • Ensure continuous supply of the right quality and quantity of items  to support stakeholder resorts wide
  • Supervise the delivery and stocks and maintain proper inventory control at designated areas
  • Maintain proper records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been posted/ captured in system
  • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
  • To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming /outgoing items appropriately
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Conduct stock take at designated areas
  • To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly
  • To perform other duties as and when directed by Superior.
  • To comply and conform all Quality Management System (QMS) & OSHA requirement as set by Management.
  • To motivate & train surbodinates/staff

 

Job requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or any related field; or
  • 2 years experience in supply chain related 
  • Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team player
  • Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good disciplinary record
