Job Responsibilities

  • To assist the Assistant Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Manager in the day to day operation and administration of the Warehouse.
  • To ensure there is a continuous smooth supply of the right quality and quantity of store items to support the Food & Beverage Department of the Resorts and other outlets.
  • To maintain a proper inventory control for optimum storage and inventory control by increasing stock turnover, reducing inventory levels and minimising operational costs.
  • Administer and maintain proper record of all the Warehouse personnel.
  • Supervise in the storing and accounting of all items under Warehouse control.
  • Co-ordinate with the User regarding new foods items and on the items to be ‘forced issue’ when almost expiry date.
  • To constantly check on the physical stock against the SAP system as well as the physical stock condition. Any variances or problems encountered to investigate and highlight and write to the superior for next course of action.
  • To take action and report on any discrepancies/anomalies noted in warehouse to superior.
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Economics/Supply Chain/ Logistic/Accounting or related field.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management required for this position.
  • Ability to work Independently and handle multiple projects
  • Knowledge of PC application (Microsoft Office software application) and SAP system is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
