Job description:

  • To analyze consumption pattern and maintain MRP parameters
  • To convert Planned Order to Purchase Requisition
  • To prepare Material to be blocked
  • To monitor slow moving stock > 6 months
  • To review material stockout report
  • To review material fall below safety stock level
  • To review stock holding
  • To communicate with users on special stock requirement
  • To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly
  • To perform other duties as and when directed by Superior.
  • To comply and conform all Quality Management System requirement as set by Management.
  • To motivate & train surbodinates/staff

 

Job requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or any related field; or
  • 2 years experience as Store Supervisor/ Receiving Supervisor
  • Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff
  • Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good disciplinary record
