Job Description

 

To assist the Assistant Manager in the day to day delivery operations of the warehouse

 

  • Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations
  • Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support stakeholder resorts wide and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system
  • Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming /outgoing items appropriately
  • Managing assets such as facilities, vehicle and equipment, including planning for repairs and maintenance.
  • To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly
  • To perform other duties as and when required for the department
  • To comply, conform and improve on Quality Management System (QMS) & also OSHA requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • To motivate & train subordinates /staff

 

Skills and Specifications Requirements

  • Good communication skill and writing skill
  • Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantage
  • Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software application
  • Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure
  • Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team player

 

 Education and Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
