Job Requirements:

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant site experience;
  • Possess design skills and well-versed in the principles and practices of design, knowledge in balance color, flow, and unity to ensure that all decorative elements work cohesively;
  • High level of creativity as interior decorators need to come up with creative ways to reinvent facades, which can include updating finishes as per original design.

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Undertake the design, engineering and documentation, provide specialist input, resolve technical problems and ensure quality of products and services on projects undertaken by the team;
  • Work closely with the Team Leader or Project Leader on all technical matters relating to the projects;
  • Assist the project teams with all aspect of project implementation, including but not limited to site and inspection, quality, audits, reports preparation, etc;
  • Works on defined tasks under limited supervision with some autonomy;
  • Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of own work;
  • Responsible for the production of routine letters and/or reports and other documents from standard templates;
  • Represent the team/group/profession/discipline at required meetings;
  • Undertake liaison and coordination with other Designers, including Architects and other Consultants;
  • Handle routine contract administration for office and project procedures;
  • Responsible for meeting agreed deadlines;
  • Perform on site facade and theming preventive and corrective maintenance;
  • Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare façade engineering design documents;
  • Research design options and document findings;
  • Demonstrate capability and experience in managing and performing projects in a fast paced environment.
