Job Description

• Coordinating project activities with various internal departments and external parties to ensure project deliverables are achieved and management’s approval is obtained.

• Supporting the department in collecting information, analyzing data, conducting research and preparing reports for management discussions and decision making.

• Managing the department’s documentation, filing and tracking of projects. Supporting the department in administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or its equivalent

• Working knowledge of personal computers and online tools. Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel are preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in either/both Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.

• Enjoys working with people but equally adept in working independently.

• Demonstrated competencies in project management e.g. multitasking, attention to detail, follow up and tracking to achieve project goals.
