Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 and other applicable standards), including supporting training needs related to system requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, documentation control, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and certification-related activities, including preparing audit briefings and post-audit training where applicable.
  • Conduct, coordinate, and support TQM awareness programmes, ISO-related training sessions, and quality improvement briefings to enhance organizational understanding and compliance.
  • Assist in identifying training gaps related to quality and ISO requirements and support the development and rollout of relevant training materials and sessions.
  • Support the execution of engagement, quality, and continuous improvement programmes across departments, including facilitating workshops, briefings, and improvement discussions.
  • Provide operational, administrative, and logistical support for daily TQM departmental activities, including training coordination, records management, and tracking of attendance and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to promote a strong quality culture, compliance with ISO standards, best practices, and continuous learning.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university;
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player;
  • Good in using Excel, power points and MS Words;
  • Proactive, strong communication and interpersonal.
  • Possess good time management, organizing and planning skills;
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
