Job description

  •  ​​​​​​​Responsible for guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the outlet for the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for directing all efforts in the outlet to achieve the financial goals of the outlet.
  • Responsible for following up the implementation of the policies and procedures in operating the outlet.
  • Responsible for checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for outlet.
  • Responsible for maintaining the sanitation standards in the outlet.
  • Responsible for providing functional assistance to the staff during peak periods.
  • Responsible for scheduling sufficient manpower in the outlet to suit volume of business.


Job requirement

  • Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 3 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 1 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager OR
  • Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager OR
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skillss (both spoken and written)
  • Possesses full knowledge of beverage and karaoke operation skills
  • Ability to develop outlet’s business strategies and financial plan
  •  Possesses good knowledge of computer software applications. Strong leadership and organizing skill
