Industrial Relations Section

Consultancy and psychology in human relations plays a vital role in human resources. This position requires you to promote and maintain industrial harmony between the management and employees (and their unions). This position requires a person with excellent human relations skills as you have to take on an assertive role to discipline and handle difficult employees. You need to counsel, make recommendations and take constructive disciplinary actions in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures. Having the ability to mediate and solve industrial relations matters amicably would be an added advantage.

Qualification / Competency

  • Posses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or its equivalent
  • Display maturity and commands respect
  • Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialects would be an added advantage (if applicable)
  • Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided
