JOB DESCRIPTION:

If you enjoy event management and organizing activities for the masses, this could be the perfect option for you. It's no small feat to organise tournaments, carnivals, shopping trips, events and activities for our employees. But if you are up for the challenge, you will be in charge of coordinating the event from planning refreshments and menu, dealing with third party vendors and suppliers, involve in venu set up and decorations and basically ensuring all events run smoothly. In addition, you will be required to manage the operations and maintenance of the employees cafeterias, employee self-service launderette on a regular basis, all in line with the promoting the employee's welfare.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

If you have the following qualities and qualifications, we want to have a chat with you :

 

1) QUALIFICATION &COMPETENCY

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or its equivalent.
  • Computer (MS Office) and tech savvy.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Passionate in organise event 
  • Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin.
