Job description:


Assist the hospitality cost controller in monitoring and verifying cost margin achieved on sales of food, beverage and tobacco within hotel division. To this effect, assist cost controller carries out various tests planned by cost controller. Ranging from audit, verification, observation of process and reconciliations in ensuring efficiency of internal controls and tardiness of records at all time.


Desired experience/ skills:


  • Knowledge in Inventory Controls and Product Costing
  • Exposure in F&B Operations in Services and Retailing
  • Keen eye for Processes and identifying Process Controls/Internal Controls
  • Ability to compile Trends and Ratios for Post Review Analysis
  • Knowledge in Basic Accounting
  • Team worker with clear communication skills and assertive
  • Experience in System Applications


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Culinary related fields
  • Preferably candidate with 1 to 2 years’ working experience in Food & Beverage related environment. Fresh graduates can be considered.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and System Applications in Accounting and Inventory such as SAP, EATEC, Info Genesis POS or other similar Systems.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
