JOB FUNCTION

 Assist in the planning and administration of Casino TDC; supervise Supervisors, Clerks and Training Assistants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in organizing and carrying out the tasks of casino related programs; SMC and Sport Council and functions for all casino divisions as in accordance with operational needs and also for effective training and resource utilization.
• Be well versed with all existing rules, regulations and work procedures governing the department and  be aware of company policies as well as keeping abreast of the latest developments in the casino industry.
• Facilitate SMC / Sports and any casino related programs.
• Assist in handling all reported matters and / or resolve complaints pertaining to SMC activities and other related issues with tack, courtesy and in an unbiased manner.
