Job Description: 

1. To process all types engagement of local and foreign talents in support of events, activities and in-house entertain needs for GENM  / affiliates. 

    These talent type include (but not limited to) bands/singers/musicians/magicians, clowns, jugglers, and all related type talents/models.


2. To follow up on all contracts obligations, payment process and support on ground for operations.


3. To involve  show/events/activities operations off-site-related coordination for GenM / affiliates.

  • To meet and greet the talents/artistes and ensure their safe arrival at venue
  • To organize, safekeep & coordinate all necessary documentation in relation to government approvals, insurances, contracts, etc.
  • To forward plan all necessary logistics.


4. To involve in show/events/activities operations on-site-related coordination for GenM / affiliates.

  • To arrange follow-up on in-house entitlements for artistes/talents ie. Meal, lodging, transportation, laundry & etc.;


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline 
  • or at least Diploma with 2 years relevant working experience.  
  • Familiar with coordination, documentation & liaision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Detail oriented 
  • Able to work long hour and Public Holiday as and when needed
