Job Descriptions:

 

  • To support in the planning and allocation of resources effectively to accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals;

 

  • Support in the development of an employee onboarding experience for the Theme Park, helping identify key components to create a positive recruitment and learning process for all theme park teams;

 

  • Create, frameworks and materials (printed, digital, video etc) that support and engage team members on the engagement activities being carried out;

 

  • Develop comprehensive communication channels between Theme Park managers, leaders, and all employees and manage these channels and their content moving forward;

 

  • Supporting in the welfare of all employees by acting as a point of contact to discuss matters pertaining to employee wellbeing, welfare and provide appropriate advice and support;

 

  • Create a stimulating and inclusive work environment finding ways to motivate and engage all employees;

 

  • Carry out regular engagement surveys to identify key performance metrics within the Theme Park and support on the wider Resort wide engagement surveys;

 

  • Support and find ways to recognize and appreciate different cultures and people across our dynamic workforce;

 

  • Support in the creation of a values-based culture, by working with the learning and development team to create a set of values our employees can follow and feel engaged to the brand, the organization and the work they do;

 

  • To assist on the employee engagement forums and their respective agenda and activities discussed, collating suggestions; ideas and putting them into practice and getting support from peers and colleagues;

 

  • Support in the setting up of an employee recognition scheme theme park wide, designed to support, engage and motivate team members;

 

  • Support with an employee recognition scheme helping to identify talent and high-performers and ensuring these are highlighted through creative and unique methods and channels;

 

  • Run regular activities and events across all departments to motivate team members, provide education and support in welfare of individuals;

 

  • Supporting in the Learning and Development initiatives to educate employees across a range of skills; from induction training right through to skills based training;

 

  • Help improve communications across the theme park division by suggesting and implementing new ideas;

 

  • To support the Employee Engagement Manager to create policy and process development within the team;

 

  • To setup and run reports as required by the business and identify ways to utilize data relating to employee engagement;

 

  • Support in the agenda to drive standards across the Resort including both quality, safety and behavioral standards.

 

  • Work with the Employee Engagement Manager and People Development Director to create businesses cases to improve the overall employee experience and help justify and support the development of these cases.
