Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Costume Design, Event Management, business administrative preferred
  • Familiar with company management system, software tools (AribaBuyer, AribaCM, FAMA) and best practices.
  • Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English essential.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation, and signing off on vendor NDA or contract.


 

Job Description:

  •  S/he will communicate with management and team members, keeping communication open to maintain positive team member relations and provide timely performance reviews to team members.
  • Responsible for budgets in partnership with Asst Manager, Costume Entertainment. Responsible for tracking and reconciling costs. 
  • Oversee costume development progress and ensure costumes are up to standard and quality.
  • Raise PR requests and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and vendor payments.
  • Communicate with team members to explain procedure and special remarks on the production of costumes.
  • Liaise with vendors to request for quotations, organize materials for delivery and to ensure on-time costume delivery.
  • Assist to create PO requests to buying team for purchase order.
  • Perform both online and offline costume and material sourcing from retail shops and garment wholesalers.
  • Flexible in working hours to support the operation;
  • Flexible in assisting other departments to support operation when needed
