| Job Summary |
| The Events and sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events hosted at our resort's outdoor venues. |

| Responsibilities |
| Event Planning and Coordination |
| Assist in the planning and organization of various events, including weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and outdoor festivals. |
| Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand event requirements and ensure all logistical aspects are addressed. |
| Support the creation of event proposals, contracts, and budgets. |
| Logistics and Operations |
| Coordinate event setups, including arranging staging, lighting, audio-visual equipment, décor, and seating arrangements. |
| Assist in managing event timelines and ensure all elements are executed according to plan. |
| Support event operations on the day of the event, ensuring smooth coordination of vendors, performers, and staff. |
| Communication and Customer Service |
| Serve as a point of contact for clients and respond to event inquiries in a timely and professional manner. |
| Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience. |
| Maintain effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure all parties are well-informed and aligned. |
| Documentation and Reporting |
| Maintain accurate records of event details, including contracts, permits, invoices, and other relevant documentation. |
| Prepare post-event reports, including event summaries, feedback analysis, and recommendations for improvement. |
| Assist in maintaining an event calendar and updating event-related information on relevant platforms. |
| Support for Marketing and Promotions |
| Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees. |
| Collaborate with the marketing team to create event collateral, including promotional materials, online listings, and social media posts. |
| Monitor and report on event attendance and gather guest feedback for future marketing initiatives. |
| Qualifications |
| Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Passionate on event planning, management and no experience is required as training will be provided // |
| or Events sales's relevant experience for at least 5 years and above. |
| Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. |
| Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. |
| Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. |
| Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools. |
| Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules. |
