Job Description:

• Responsible in planning and implementation of the repair & maintenance works;

• Liaising with internal departments / suppliers / contractors for work request;

• Guiding & managing a team on their work performance and productivity to complete work request received in a timely manner;

• Conducting job briefing and training to his / her team for improvement;

• Ensuring compliance of legal requirement is adhered to. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or its equivalent; or

• At least 2 years relevant working experience as Engineering Supervisor in R&M building maintenance or related field;

• Practical knowledge on other mechanical system and computer, AutoCAD will be an advantage;

• Excellent interpersonal skill and able to interact with people of all level;

• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Willing to based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
