Engineering Executive

Job description

1.  Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel equipment and facilities

2.  Manage a team of maintenance technicians and oversee their work to maintain a well-functioning hotel infrastructure

3.  Conduct regular inspections and identify any issues or areas for improvement, taking prompt action to address them

4.  Collaborate with the engineering and housekeeping teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to guest experiences
5. Monitor and analyses maintenance-related data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

    

Job requirement

1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2-3 years experience at supervisory level, preferably with resort or hotel maintenance background
2. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia,

3. with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documents

4. ( HIRARC/OSH) and follow the SOP RWA
