Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of mechanical systems across staff quarters, including laundry washers and dryers, building fans, and ventilation systems.
• This role ensures that all equipment is functioning effectively, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• The Mechanical Executive will manage a team of maintenance personnel, plan preventative maintenance schedules, and address any mechanical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Any other works assigned by Engineering Management from time to time

Job Requirement

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in R&M building maintenance or related field;
• Practical knowledge on other mechanical system and computer, AutoCAD will be an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skill and able to interact with people of all level;
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
