1. To carry ouy R&M services, troubleshooting for Low Voltage and Extra Low Voltage in hotel (including water pumps, lighting and etc) in accordance Engineering Integrated Management System requirement
2. To record kWh consumption monthly and other physical parameter records
3. Carry out the relevant Quality plans and Standard Operating Procedures
4. Maintaining IMS documentations
5. Ensure efficient and proper use of materials, equipment and machine in order to reduce maintenance costs for the company
6. Ensure compliance of authority requirement
7. Maintain a safe work environment for staff and reduce environmental pollution
8. Any other works assigned by Engineering Management from time to time
