The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading all aspects of the resort’s culinary and beverage operations. This includes strategic planning, team leadership, financial oversight, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and special events. The role demands a visionary leader with deep hospitality expertise, creativity, and a passion for excellence. 

Job Description

  1. Strategic Leadership
  1. Develop and execute F&B strategies aligned with resort goals and brand standards
  2. Drive innovation in menus, service concepts, and guest experiences
  3. Collaborate with marketing to promote F&B offerings and seasonal campaigns
  1. Operational Excellence
  1. Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining
  1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  2. Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  1. Financial Management
  1. Prepare and manage department budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements
  2. Optimize labor, inventory, and procurement to achieve cost targets
  3. Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  1. Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B managers, chefs, and service staff
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability

  

 Job specification   

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business or related field.

  2. 7+ years in F&B leadership, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels with passion for delivery memorable guest experience.

  3. Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and across multiple outlets, with strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

  4. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, analytics tools, HACCP or equivalent food safety credentials
