Digital Marketing Manager

 

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for Social Media, Digital Advertising, APP Marketing, Website Management, and Customer Engagement campaigns. Reporting to the Vice President of Relationship Marketing & Social Media, he/she will be tasked to develop and recommend the right content, channels and metrics to drive awareness and engagement in the digital space, ultimately influencing consideration and purchase intent. 

 

This role works closely with Branding, CRM, Public Relations, Corporate Communications teams to drive overall digital objectives. He/she is also required to constantly look out for ways to improve our digital channels and have a good insight on the trends within the digital space as well as the integrated resort industry.

 

Job Description

 

  • Social media campaign and channel management (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat but not limited to these channels in future) – responsible for the postings, engagement, analytics, media spend and optimization on social media channels. As well as working closely with the customer service team to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Content creation – Ensure the content calendar is fresh and relevant. Manage day-to-day content distribution on all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, website, APP but not limited to these channels in the future).
  • Online leads optimization – Responsible for optimizing website and APP visibility and leads capture via effective SEO and SEM, online partnership, programmatic advertising, and online remarketing strategies. Proactively monitor and analayze campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Trends and insights – Monitor social networking trends and insights, identify social media and digital marketing best practices, tools and applications. Provide recommendations to help drive improvement for RWG in the digital space.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum qualification is Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications. 
  • Has more than 10 years of working experience in digital, content marketing, social media and CRM.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO/SEM tools and services.
  • Well-versed in latest trending social media platforms with an established presence.
  • Has CRM campaign experience. 
  • Preferably with e-commerce experience. 
  • Familiar with social media management tools and services.
  • Experience in budget management and in determining the best use of funds to meet specific goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery. 
  • Communicate effectively with management and peers within the compay as well as external vendors (agency partner, media, etc.)
  • Digitally savvy, creative, out-going personality and confident. 
  • Self-starter and highly motivated – capable of working independently yet collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
