Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate machine-learning models to perform data mining analysis.
  • Support department and inter-department data analytics requests.
  • Design, implement and test data models to solve well-defined problems by exploring diverse data sets using tools such as python/r or SAS.
  • Understand marketing products and services to suggest new data solutions for customer targeting.
  • Automate and develop data solutions for existing processes using SAS and other integrated tools.
  • Collect and document data required for modelling projects.
  • Conduct research, review and provide reports to develop data models.
  • Develop experimental design approaches to evaluate data projects.
  • Implement data visualisation and generate reports.


Job Requirements:

  • Professionals with degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields involving statistical analysis of large data sets.
  • 4-5 years of experience working in analytics and SQL.
  • Must be familiar with SAS and have at least 5 years of experience programming in Python, SQL & R.
  • Experience with large data sets and knowledge of both structured and unstructured data.
  • Ability to effectively convey complex concepts and approaches to non data experts.
  • Eager to continuously learn and adapt to changing technologies and tools.
  • Good collaborative and interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels.
  • Working knowledge with data visualization tools (e.g. SAS VDMML, Tableau, etc).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, including designing, testing experiments and consumer behaviour analysis.
  • Experience with large data sets and knowledge of both structured and unstructured data.
