Job Description

• To assist shoppers and tenants with requests, inquiries, complaints, feedbacks, suggestions and concerns in professional manners.
• To provide friendly and efficient service to guests and visitors in the resort
• Assist on redemption and contest programs

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skill
