Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

* To sell express bus and skyway tickets.

* To handle customer inquiries on bus schedules and types of tickets and packages sold at the counter.

* To handle and record GWC redemption in exchange for bus tickets.

* To handle telephone calls and inquiries on bus services.

* To ensure money is collected from the customers for each transacted sales.

* To generate sales reports, tally it with the cash collection and hand it over to the supervisor on duty for verification, safekeeping and bank in purposes

* To provide good customer services by attending and giving the correct information to the customer.

* To act as a ticket checker by checking and tearing bus tickets from passengers.

* To understand other types of services, entertainment facilities and hotels at the resort.

* Attend customer at the Expres Bus eKiosk Ticketing.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM qualification or its equivalent;
• Able to communicate & write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Possess PC knowledge will be an added advantage;
• Good working performance & disciplinary record
