Job description
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
•Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure service meet quality control standards
• Assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
• May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and lobour costs
Job requirement
• Minimum SPM with 2 years' experience as Senior Club Assistant or
• Certificate in hotel Management with 1 year experience as Senior Club Assistant
• Able to train new staff and do report writing
• Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer knowledge is essential
• Willing to work long hours
