Job requirement

• 3-5 years experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry with minimum 2 years as Assistant Outlet Manager
• Have sound knowledge with passion in hospitality industry especially in personalized service
• Courteous with refined skills in customer relations with the ability to communicate to guests
• Knowledge in overall hotel operations inclusive of Food & Beverage, Club Operations and/or gaming will have an added advantage
• Computer literate and skills in report writing and analyzing of data
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialect will be an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
