Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, including IP partnerships, sponsorships, events, and attractions.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the park’s vision and revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest insights to recommend new initiatives.

2. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IP owners, brands, agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to maximize value for the park.
  • Explore opportunities for co-branded experiences, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns.

3. Financial & Commercial Management

  • Develop business cases and financial models for new projects and partnerships.
  • Monitor performance of partnerships and initiatives to ensure ROI and contract compliance.
  • Manage budgets and prepare regular reports for senior management.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Liaise with creative and operations teams to ensure partner requirements are integrated into guest experiences.

5. Business Development Operations

  • Lead presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent the theme park at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage CRM systems effectively.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field;
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably in entertainment, leisure, or tourism industries.
  • Proven track record of securing partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen; able to develop and present compelling business cases.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify unique opportunities and solutions.
