Job Description

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering; or

• Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering/Certificate of Competency with minimum 2 years related working experience; or

• STPM/SPM with 3 years related working experience


Job Requirement

• Plan, coordinate, delegate works to subordinates to

(1) supply utilities,

(2) carry out all types of R&M services on the facility, machines and equipment available at the Utility Plants / Hotel Properties in accordance Engineering Integrated Management System requirement in the absence of the Supervisor

• Maintain attendance records for subordinate; tools inventory records, history and maintenance records for all facilities, equipment and machines available in Utility Plants / Hotel Properties.

• Maintain all physical parameters records for the machines and equipment such as working temperature, working pressure etc. at the Utilities Plants

• Implement and enforce the relevant Quality plans and Standard Operating Procedures

• Maintain IMS documentations

• Ensure efficient and proper use of materials, equipment and machine in order to reduce maintenance costs for the company.

• Ensure compliance of authority requirement

• Provide adequate training for new staff • Maintain a safe work environment for staff and reduce environmental pollution
