Job Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree;
  •  Malay and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills preferred;
  • Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English essential;
  • Professional experience in managing live entertainment experiences in theatre and/or in industrial show products;
  • Past Experience in Theme Park Live Entertainment or high scale production shows is preferred;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of stakeholders;
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) with good documentation skills;
  • Knowledge of AV and special effects.


Job Descriptions:


  • Assist the Stage Manager in ensuring that any outside reheasal environments are prepared as required and communicate requreiments to relevant parties;
  • Assist the Stage Manager in ensuring dressing room requirements are adequately managed at all venues;
  • Undertake relevant tasks using specific in-house equipment for data reference or storage via computer or any relevant electronic platform based system currently, or proposed in the future;
  • The principals of stage management across performance related stage production and events;
  • Schedulling , communication and co-ordination of large scale events and production;
  • Be conversant in the areas of Staging, Lighting , Logistics, Sound and Communication.
