Job Decscription:

• Shall adapt and implement the service standards required at the outlet.
• He or She shall review the standard for his or her outlet once a year or when necessary and propose change required for approval and implementation.
• To monitor and oversee the day to day operations, provide guidance and briefing to all service personnel of the outlet.
• He or She shall operate the outlet according to the given budgets and achieve profitability.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Possess strong bar knowledge
• Applicants must be willing to work in Genting Highlands.
• Possess strong leadership skills.
