Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project proposals / guidelines, reports prepare related presentation slides.
  • Analyze marketing plans, monitor, review and report to superior on sectional work in progress.
  • Managing and monitoring the response / sales performance on a daily basis.
  • Carry out activities to attract headcounts to the resort.
  • Lead, plan and implement effective sales strategic proposal 
  • Plan and implement promotion tie up with other internal parties ie: Casino Marketing, Loyalty & Membership, Sales & MICE, National Marketing, Theme Park Marketing.
  • Market Intelligent – Gather e-news, artiste bio data via print / electronic, radio/ TV media etc. 
  • Analyze the customer preference via survey during the event or concert day or casino event day.  
  • Compile past event response analysis report. 
  • Identify, develop and establish potential market for show products.
  • Undertaking Relationship Management & PR campaigns.
  • Implement direct marketing campaigns.
  • Undertake promotional marketing activities.
  • Liaison with external suppliers, promoters and agencies.



  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Event Management or related industry.
  • Able to work independently, multitasking, and handle work pressure in fast pace working environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skill and leadeship skills.
  • Positive organizing skill with a dynamic outlook towards work
  • Posses positive work attitude, initiative and a team player spirit.
  • Ability to lead a teams of executives and given guidance to them.
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks with tight deadline.
