Job description

  • Manage warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
  • To oversee operations of warehouse involving both incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and stocks by implementing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Ensure that all the health and safety requirements are met.
  • Manage and controls inventory by conducting physical counts; reconciling with system record.
  • Ensure all products are delivered to outlets on timely basis
  • Ensure equipment are being properly maintained
  • Propose and recommend improvements to improve efficiency
  • Motivate and train staff 

 

Skills and Specifications

  • Good leadership skills
  • Organised and systematic
  • Should motivate his/her staff and be good with numbers

 

Education and Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree. Those with degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Warehousing / Inventory Management are encouraged to apply. Minimum 6 years' experience in related field.
  • Those without degree but with more than 10 years experience in related field can also apply.
  • Experience in using SAP system and/or Ariba system is an added advantage.
