Job Description

  • To manage and plan warehouse operations and administration
  • Manage warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
  • Plan and directs the material planning functions to meet plan objectives and operations need
  • Maintain an ordering process that is efficient and effective. Monitor and manage shortage or surplus exceptions and daily supplier delivery.
  • Meet stock tunover days KPI.
  • Propose and recommend improvements to improve efficiency
  • Lead improvement projects.
  • Motivate and train staff 

 

Skills and Specifications

  • Good leadership skills
  • Organised and systematic
  • Should motivate his/her staff and be good with numbers

 

Education and Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor Degree. Those with degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Warehousing / Inventory Management are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in warehouse / logistic.
