Job Descriptions:

  • Supervises and manages the production of key management reports for management & responsible to maintain essential communications and administration relating to the operation of the theme park;
  • Compiling and analyzing data to propose regarding pricing or revenue yielding;
  • Maintaining the receipt and distribution of essential operations communications - including compilation of reports;
  • Develop new channels to help communicate with our employees, working closely with the People Development Teams to help create appropriate and engaging communications;
  • To analyse the business performance of all sections and assist to provide essential information for business / operational decision-making;
  • Support the Employee Engagement Team in creating a values-based culture helping to identify ways to motivate, reward and empower our team members.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess minimum of three years in operation’s administrative role;
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and data analytical skills required;
  • Command of Microsoft Office Suite of software essential;
  • Excellent communication skills.
