Job description:

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day Mall Operations including property management, tenant management, cleanliness, facilities management and security.
  • Ensure tenants are complied to the rules and regulations of the mall and all periodical services been carried out as schedule.
  • Responsible for expenses budget setting and overall expenses control of shopping malls operations.
  • Managing good rapport with tenants and business associates.
  • Supervise and guide the team for daily operational matters and malls enhancement projects.

 

Job requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Property/Building Management or its equivalent with at least 5 years of related working experience in property/shopping mall management.
  • Good understanding of shopping mall operations and associated policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
