Desired Qualifications *Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree or technical diploma
Experience *Malay and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills helpful.
Skills: *Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English essential.
  *Minimum 6 years in costume distribution, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  *Knowledge of health and safety requirements and safe use of chemicals in a laundry facility
  *View problems as a challenge and take initiative for finding solutions
  *Ability to work logically and systematically with good time management
  *Information Technology literate and the ability to handle electronic data
  *Experience training colleagues on implementing new processes    
  *Outstanding leadership and management skills
Job Summary To ensure all costume pieces are laundered appropriately and within a given time frame, repaired as needed, and given back to colleagues in an efficient manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager, Costume Distribution & Inventory will assist to manage a team of costume attendants for multiple distribution locations.  S/he will support the development and implementation of a costume distribution and inventory system; use and manage IT systems to manage costume inventory levels, delivery and transport controls and costs and to coordinate and control the aging cycle; work closely with costume development team and suppliers/vendors to ensure smooth operations and high quality costumes.  The Assistant Manager is responsible for the organization of daily and weekly scheduling; ensuring highest standard of service to all internal customers; and constantly monitors workplace safety practise and update safety training to promote safe working environment at all distribution locations.  They will need to often be prepared to act as the in charge person for the distribution area based on the rotating schedule of the theme park operation.
Working Environment:
This position is based both in the costume distribution area and around the park.  It is expected the Assistant Manager will actively watch entertainment offerings on a daily and weekly basis to improve quality.
