Job description
- Manage Overall Tender Process with adherence to the approved tender procedures.
- Planning, tracking and update overall development tendering packages and award.
- Ensure a clear audit trail of activities is maintained with proper filing and record keeping.
- Analyze and evaluate tender submissions for making recommendation.
- Interview, negotiate and appointment of Consultants.
- Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Development Team, Engineering Team & End-users.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the works of subordinates.
- Prepare, recommend and present to Tender Committee for contract approval/award.
- Prepare and/or review Letter of Award.
- Review final contract document before official binding, signing and stamping.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey / Building Technology / equivalent with minimum 6 years relevant working experiences.
- Able to work with independently without supervision.
- Past involvement and experiences in the tendering and procurement (development) would be an added advantage.
- Resourceful with market knowledge and able to recommend new qualified contractors to participate in the tender.
- Strong analytical skills and able to make recommendation to award.
- Ability to prepare quality presentation slides for the approval by the tender committee.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
