BASIC FUNCTION: Assist the Front Office Manager with organising, planning, training, controlling, coordinating, directing and evaluating Front Office performance quality service and operation.
Responsible for manpower, budget control, equipment and machinery.
JOB SPECIFICATION – ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
1. Minimum SPM education
2. Preferably Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management
3. Basic computer knowledge
4. Excellent customer skills
5. Proficiently in spoken and written English
6. Preferably with two (2) years working experience as Duty Manager/ Guest Service Manager or one (1) year working experience as Assistant Club Manager (Front Office) and at least five (5) years of experience in hotel Industry
7. Well versed in Front Office job functions
8. Good computer skill
9. Able to write reports and make recommendation when required
10. Planning on manpower deployment
11. Planning of Departmental annual budget / marketing strategies
12. Abilities improve department’s and staff performance
13. Abilities to implement company policies and procedures effectively
14. Abilities to work independently
15. Abilities to motivate coach and groom for career advancement
16. Good interpersonal skills
