Basic Purpose:

1. The Supervisor is to manage Content Management System and accountable for supervising and monitoring the job request progress and the quality of the service that the section is offering to its clients while abiding to the client’s requirement and GENM’s rules and regulation.
2. Any duties assigned from time to time.

Major Area of Responsibility of Positions

1. Maintains & produce high quality digital output as specified by users.
2. Ensuring checks are conducted and files are resize/self-QC for correct file, shapes, dimensions and other specifications steps to be taken.
3. To ensure deliverables are on time.
4. To ensure minimal breakdown of equipment
5. Keep track of valid content and maintain a level of standby/backup players and screens in stock to replace units that are not in working order on-premise.
6. Right quality resolution produced.
7. Manage users/ clients expectation on all A&P request within agreed timeline.
8. Assurance of accuracy in all A&P materials produced.
9. Customer satisfaction index
10. Subordinates achieve targets.
