Job Requirements :-

* Must pass SPM with minimum C Grade.

* Candidate with a Degree in Business Admin or Office Admin or its equivalent is an advantage.

* Possess at least 2 years of working experience in an admin support role and 5 years if without formal qualification.

* Must possess good English & Bahasa Malaysia listening & understanding, speaking, reading and writing skills.

* Basic computing knowledge in the use of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook).

* Leadership and teamwork qualities required.

* Experience in theme park industry is much preferred & is a definite advantage.

 

Job Responsibilities :-

* Responsible for the provision of Genting SkyWorlds R&A Technical administrative support.

* Prepare & issue department related correspondences on timely manner.

* Develop, practice & implement proven administrative procedures.

* Maintain sufficient Department office supplies at all times.

* Maintain filing systems for the Department, including movement & disciplinary records, etc.

* Manage Department's print jobs as and when required.

* Maintain Department’s purchase order.

* Attend & participate in Department's meetings from time to time, as and when needed.

* Minutes-taking for assigned meetings.

* Maintain confidentiality in regards to pay rates & other classified information.

* Monitor & follow through all email correspondences & queries.

* May need to support other Sections which are directly under responsibility of HOD of R&A Technical.
